The health and safety of our clients and staff has always been a high priority.

 

Like many others, we are continuing to take additional measures in response to the escalating situation, whilst continuing to deliver the services you count on. These additional measures include (but are not limited to);-

 

Offering appointments at the office only when they are necessary and appropriate.

 

Limiting our external appointments to those with a genuine need.

 

Avoiding physical contact.

 

Asking clients who are clearly unwell to leave our premises.

 

Asking clients to attend any meeting alone, unless it is necessary and appropriate that they have someone else with them, such as a dependent, interpreter or other trusted individual.

 

Cleaning down surfaces more frequently, particularly in our reception and meeting areas.

  

We will not admit you into our building if you have returned from abroad in the last 14 days or been in contact with anyone who has had symptoms of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) (being a high temperature, persistent cough and or any other flu like symptoms) in the last 14 days.
